How do we do this? Our products are designed, manufactured and assembled in Britain. We control every facet of the operation. Making A Purchase Ordering by mail could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, click on the product that you wish to order and put them into the shoping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details which we will need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept are happy to accept cheque payments.

Shipping And Handling Mail orders are usually shipped within three working days from reciept of order and cheque.

Fitted racks are usually booked within seven days of Receipt of order. We are happy to accept cheque payment on completion. We do use TRANSAX to qualify cheque payments.

Delivery Schedule All orders are dispatched for next day delivery. Thre are no delivery charges for UK Mainland.

Back Orders Where stock is low or particular specifications are required, we will notify you that the item is on back order and an anticipated delivery date.

You may, on receipt of this notification, cancel the order and any payment will be refunded in full. However we are confident that any small delay will be well worth the wait

Tax Charges For orders placed within the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
